Stephynie Malik is President and Chief Executive Officer of MalikCo, a leader in global consulting and technology services. Malik leverages her rolodex which reads like a who's who containing hundreds of decision-makers.
Malik has not only become a leader, but through her journey of 17 years in high-technology including both enterprise software and telecommunications she has created lasting strategic global partnerships. As the former President and CEO of Paradigm Solutions, she was instrumental in the companies business development, due to her extensive domestic and international background in sales, professional services and customer support.
This emergence, long anticipated has afforded her the ability to work with the industry’s most widely respected IT companies, including IBM, Microsoft, Accenture, Fujitsu, Nike, Telstra, AutoDesk, and ACS.
Malik aggregates respected and trusted individuals who then distill, analyze and most importantly apply her vision to the actual business needs of both her clients and partners. Her partnership approach has allowed her to solidify strategic partnerships and international sales.

Andrew Nelson joined MalikCo in January 2010. Andrew founded TomorrowNow, Inc. in December 1998 and served as CEO from business inception through acquisition by global enterprise software leader SAP (NYSE: SAP) in January, 2005. Between 1998 and 2007, Andrew built TomorrowNow into the leading global provider of third-party maintenance and support services for enterprise software licesees of PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards, Siebel Systems, and Baan software, serving customers in 40 countries supported from 12 offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. During Andrew's leadership, TomorrowNow developed and delivered thousands of regulatory updates and fixes to more than 300 customers, including dozens in the Fortune 500, and earned a top 10% ranking for Global IT customer satisfaction and loyalty as measured by independent market research firm Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS).
Prior to leading TomorrowNow, Andrew held several senior roles at PeopleSoft, Inc. - acquired in 2002 by Oracle (NSDQ: ORCL), relating to enterprise software installations and upgrades. During his tenure at PeopleSoft, he personally performed dozens of successful enterprise software upgrades for customers around the world; managed upgrade and technology consultants, participated in the development and testing of more than a dozen PeopleSoft upgrade paths; developed and launched the enterprise software Customer Upgrade Kit; developed and launched the PeopleSoft Early Success Program to test new upgrade paths at live customer sites; and achieved the first worldwide ISO 9001 quality process certification for PeopleSoft Installation Services and PeopleSoft Upgrade Services in the Southeast US.
Earlier in his career, Andrew provided consulting services for Andersen Consulting - renamed Accenture (NYSE: ACN) - were he worked exclusively on PeopleSoft ERP software implementations.
Andrew has been a prime-time guest on CNBC and quoted in dozens of global publications including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and The Australian. He is a regular guest speaker for "Entrepreneurship and New Ventures" and "Small Business Management and Growth" at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School, serves the Advisory Council for the Research Valley Innovation Center at Texas A&M University's Research Park, and is a board member for KBR Wireless and Nelson & Associates.
Andrew graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
